Lance Armstrong Legal Team Forum

On Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 2:00 pm, the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law (TRESL) was pleased to host a forum with three attorneys comprising the legal team of renown cyclist Lance Armstrong: Timothy Herman ’71, Bryan Daly, and David Ulich.  The event was held in the Eidman Courtroom at the University of Texas School of Law.  Some additional information about the event is listed below:

  • This event was an open forum, so questions were welcome and encouraged.
  • All law students were invited, and encouraged to spread the word to their classmates.
  •  The attorneys attending the forum also spoke at an LBJ School panel discussion about the culture of cheating the same day at 5:30 pm.  More information about that event can be found here.
  • Further information about Lance Armstrong can be found on his Wikipedia page.  Additionally, an abundance of articles about Armstrong’s legal situation, as well as his recent resignation as chairman of Livestrong, can be found online.
